The project is located at the World Trade Tower, Noida, envisioned to function as an open office. Designed to be LEED V4 certified, it seeks to offer an environment promoting co-working spaces. The open plan bifurcates into two working zones with a break-out space between them, visually screened using a curved storage area.
The GBCI office virtually eliminates dedicated workspace and increases shared spaces to have more visibility and a sense of working in an outdoor setting. The office comprises of a coworking space and a central cafe that enhances collaborative
environment of the office.
The open office and conference room are zoned along the north-east and south-east facade respectively to maximize diffused daylight at work stations from the north-east and block heat gain and glare from the south-east. Full height wooden louvers are placed at the two facades to prevent the work space from direct solar gain.
