The spaces are sequentially organised around a central spine, made of two curving monolithic walls of stone-veneer clad masonry in reusable concrete blocks. These spaces are slightly elevated off the ground on steel columns. Thus the landscape slides under the visible floorplate of the structure. The audio-visual room is made of tensile acoustic fabric while the other spaces are encased in recessed glass.
